Saving money isn’t the only smart way. First of all, you need to learn how to budget your money. In the first step, list all your monthly expenses on paper or computer. Divide them into two broad categories – fixed and discretionary (non-essential). Fixed are the needs that can’t be avoided, such as books, tuition fees, etc. But, you can reduce your discretionary expenses to some extent.
